Returns

 

The Blazers Choice is proud to offer a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless directed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)


 IE: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at blazerschoicecanada@gmail.com

Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

 

 

Shipment processing time

 

 

 

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving order unless otherwise specified. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

 

Pre-order items can be expected to take longer.

 

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

 

 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

 

We currently charge a flat rate of $25 per shipment Canada wide and 35$ for international customers. 

 

 

Other shipping options are available at an additional cost. (Overnight, Express, Etc.)

 

Local pickup / delivery in the Vancouver area can be arranged by contacting us

 

 

 

 

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

 

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes 

 

 

 

The Blazers Choice ships to addresses within Canada, U.S., U.S. Territories, Europe and other countries around the world. We don't ship to private PO box addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

 

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

 

 

Damages

 

 

As most of our items are consumable, we only replace items that are damaged during shipment.

 

 

If a shipment or product is damaged upon arrival , please contact us immediately. 

 

 

 

Keep all of the shipping material including original packaging.

 

 

 

We will need photos of the damaged items as well as the packaging it was shipped in.

 

 

 

This information is so we can verify with our warehouse and file a claim with the shipping company if need be.  As soon as we are notified by the shipping company whether or not they wish to inspect the package we will let you know. If so, they will make arrangements with you directly to pick up the package(s).

 

 

 

As soon as the claim is accepted by the shipper (in most cases this is within 72 hours), we will ship out your replacement items.

 

 

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

 

International Shipping Policy

 

 

 

Customers Outside Canada: Customs, Duties, Taxes, Legality 

 

 

 

When making your purchase please remember you are responsible for any customs clearance and customs duty if applicable.

 

 

 

The Blazers Choice is not responsible for items not allowed in the customer's country.

 

 

 

We will not be responsible for any items that don't comply with customs policies. We will not offer a refund for rejected items.

 

 

 

Any loss on items destroyed by customs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

 

Please check with your country's importing regulations before placing orders.
